VEGETABLES TO STAY YOUNG

Everyone wants to stay young; some people like Hollywood actress for example, might have done Plastic Surgery in order to look young, no matter how much it would take their money, the important thing in their minds was to keep looking young. But how people who don't have much money can stay looking young?
The answer to that question is to use natural way, such as consuming fresh fruits, fresh vegetable, and etc. Because it would not take their money too much, and it has no risk at all, otherwise that natural way will make them healthier.

Brussels Sprouts
This vegetable is known for its cancer-and cholesterol-fighting properties, Brussels sprouts are a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and Lutein, which contribute to the vegetable's anti-aging and anti-cancer properties.
Brussels sprouts also contain a substance called Sinigrin, which works as a powerful antioxidant in the liver, detoxifying and eliminating harmful ageing substances.
The vegetable is very effective in keeping the skin and bones young and rejuvenating us because 31 percent of its calories are from protein.

Carrots
A newly discovered substance in carrots, Falcarinol, has been shown to have a strong skin-protecting, antioxidant effect, so it has the ability to help you stay young. The fiber in carrots, pectin, detoxifies heavy metals such as lead and cadmium and other toxins. 
Carrot' bright orange color signifies their high beta-and alpha carotene levels. This gives them the ability to rejuvenate skin and other organs.

Squash
There are many wonderful nutrients in squash, which is available in many varieties; squash is sweet and starchy, making it an easy way to complement a light meal with bitter greens.
Squash contains properties that prevent damage to the skin, joints, brain, and heart, such as Coumarine, with its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-aging and antibacterial properties.
Squash also contains vitamins A and C, anti-oxidants that destroy harmful free radical molecules, thus protecting us from heat and light damage, helping the skin maintain a youthful appearance.

Because shiitake mushrooms contain rich sources of beta-Glucan, they help the liver recover from toxins such as alcohol. and it helps your skin stay young,
If you want to stop weight gain or help yourself lose weight, eat shiitake mushroom regularly. They contain vitamin B3, and thus help the body metabolize sugar and keep weight form creeping up on us as we got older.
Shiitake mushroom help keep u young because they contain the minerals zinc and selenium and antioxidant enzymes.

Watercress 
Carotenoids are antioxidant that helps prevent UV damage, protecting us against premature aging and skin damage. Watercress is high in Carotenoids. It is also iodine-rich, thus it helps regulate metabolism and helps maintain a healthy, youthful weight. Watercress is also high in antioxidants and vitamins A, C and E, which help prevent wrinkles, age spots and skin damage.
